施工方法
 
1.Surface Preparation
Substrate must be prepared as per Wellington Repair Manual.Concrete and Masonry surfaces are sand lasted and cleaned. Cracks over 0.010" are epoxy injected and any other necessary repairs are made.

2.Apply Epoxy Primer
All areas to be bonded are primed with Wellington low viscosity epoxy primer. This strengthens the substrate and promotes excellent adhesion.

3.Impregnate Fabric
The fabric is pre-impregnated with Wellington epoxy resin using a fabric saturator which precisely controls the resin to fiber ratio.


4.Lay Fabric
The wet fabric is then applied to the surface with our specially
design roll laminator, which has a built in tension controller.

5.Wet out Fabric
To assure the fabric is completely saturated with epoxy, a roller is used to apply additional epoxy where needed .

6.Eliminate Air Voids
Fabric is pressed to the surface and air voids and excess epoxy are removed .

7.Cure Time
Let the Wellington cure for 7 days at ambient temperature for maximum
performance.

8.Top Coat
Wellington can be top-coated in a variety of colors for maintenance free protection and to match existing structure.
